Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead complex investigations into misconduct, bullying, harassment, discrimination and other sensitive cases.
  • Analyse evidence and prepare clear findings and recommendations, providing accurate advice to senior management.
  • Collaborate with experts to support effective resolution of cases and leverage subject matter expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records throughout the lifecycle, ensuring timely administration and confidential communication.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or a related field.
  • Specialised investigation qualifications and at least five years' experience conducting workplace investigations, preferably in government or large organisations.
  • Proven ability to research, interpret and apply legislation and policies in ambiguous situations.
