As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for executing internal communications programs and content development and distribution services for multiple purposes.
This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional writing skills, a tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or a related discipline, and strong professional background within a similar role ideally within the ICT industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Content development and distribution for internal and external communications purposes including CEO and staff communication, newsletters, internal announcement emails, intranet postings and homepage content, PPT presentations, social media, media communications etc.
- Develop and execute core internal communications programs
- Provide internal communications change management advice and support in order to support strategic business initiatives
- Design and develop content for internal projects across various business units
- Write and distribute newsletters and other communications for the channel business
- Contribute to the corporate blogging programs and support the corporate social media communications strategy
- Maintain general information sections of the company website
- Evaluate the consistency of communications distributed across the business
- A tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or a related discipline
- Strong professional background within a similar role ideally within the ICT industry
- Demonstrable experience: Strong knowledge of ICT solutions and services, advanced level of editing and writing skills, relevant internal communications planning & change management experience highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years experience in a communications related role (eg. journalism)
- Experience with managing social media accounts
- Highly competent with all MS Office programs excellent PPT skills
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and conscientious
