Field Service Associate Job Description

This role involves representing the organization to clients, overseeing inventory and identifying opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers, sales teams, and operations management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Packaging and restocking products using identification tags or electronic marking tools.
  • Accurate receipt and storage of products in bins and shelving.
  • Identifying incorrect or short-shipped items and notifying supervisors.
  • Inventory management, including updates to systems and spreadsheets.
  • Coordination with Safety Advisors and on-site management for revenue growth initiatives.
  • Independent work and adherence to a daily schedule.
  • Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical issues.
  • Communication with various stakeholders, including end-users, technical personnel, and support staff.
  • Training on vending equipment usage.
  • Operation of forklifts or machinery as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous VMI/Vending experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for site travel.
  • Passing background checks and drug screens.
