Commercial Contract Analyst Position

We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our ICT Annuity division and lead the review of existing commercial contracts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Identify opportunities to maintain or maximize profit in new and existing commercial contracts.
  • - Manage and analyze annuity contracts for ICT services, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and delivering value to clients.
  • - Conduct regular reviews of annuity contracts to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • - Work closely with the sales team to ensure that annuity contracts are aligned with customer requirements and company strategy.
  • - Proactively forecast ICT annuity contracts against sold margins.
  • - Analyze and report on annuity contract performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • - Manage and assist in negotiating new annuity contracts as required.

Requirements:

  • - At least 3 years commercial experience, ideally in roles that expose you to commercial contracts (bonus points for ICT annuity contracts).
  • - ERP experience, preferably SAP.
  • - Proven experience with contract management and driving change.
  • - Display a can-do attitude and have the ability to work autonomously and with a team.
  • - Possess great communication and presenting skills to analyze a business' need and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • - Financial/Accounting background may be beneficial.
  • - Knowledge of ICT industry trends and best practices.
