Job Title: ICT Procurement and Contracts Manager


About the Role:

The organisation is seeking a skilled ICT Procurement and Contracts Manager to manage end-to-end procurement processes for ICT-related goods and services. The successful applicant will ensure compliance with public sector regulations and procurement policies, develop and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal value for the organisation, and provide expert advice on procurement strategies and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for ICT-related goods and services;

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement requirements and time lines;
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting documentation;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain department.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ICT procurement and contract management within the public sector;
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement policies and compliance requirements;
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed procurement decisions;
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools;
  • Tertiary qualification in procurement, supply chain, or a related field is desirable.
