About This Role

We're looking for passionate Service Ambassadors to join our team at Strike & Holey Moley in Wintergarden, Brisbane City.

You'll be responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences
  • Drive sales on every shift through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
  • Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
  • Own your space, being trained in all areas and bringing your A game
  • Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it
  • Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them
