About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences across all aspects of our business.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Ambassador will be an essential part of our day-to-day operations, bringing their skills, initiative, and customer-first mindset to every shift. They will be responsible for preparing and serving our signature Greek Yiros and street food, delivering fast, friendly, and professional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation, and assisting with training and supporting junior staff.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a fast-food or hospitality environment is desired.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house setting.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work mornings.
