Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to fill this challenging role.

  • Proactively address daily operations needs, including equipment shortages and delivery scheduling.
  • Ensure adequate staff are rostered and cross-trained to complete daily tasks.
  • Packing flights according to galley loading plans (GLP) and meeting master production schedule (MPS) deadlines.
  • Record food temperatures before delivery to the operations department.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each section leading hand.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies on HALAL, HACCP, QSAI/food safety, workplace health and safety, and customs.
