Job Title: Customer Service Champion

Are you a customer service enthusiast looking to make a meaningful impact?

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to join our team

This role involves providing top-notch support to customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve product-related issues through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Process sales orders, confirm order details, and address pricing discrepancies
  • Coordinate shipments, initiate new customer set-ups, and process returns (RMA) as per company policies
  • Support sales team members with samples and supplies, and coordinate customer invoicing and crediting with the Finance team
Requirements:
  • Two or more years of customer service experience in an instrument company, preferably medical devices
  • Prior experience with manufacturing and distribution, as well as handling multiple calls using an ACD system
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills
