Administration Support Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill this key position. The Administration Support role is crucial in championing client acquisition, elevating the client experience, and supporting the growth and success of our business.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Champion Client Acquisition:

    • Skillfully convert inquiries into appointments, guiding individuals towards the support they need
    • Contribute to the development and execution of impactful sales strategies
    • Track sales metrics and identify areas for optimization
  • Elevate the Client Experience:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless client journey
    • Manage appointments, phone calls, and administrative tasks efficiently
    • Maintain accurate client records with confidentiality
    • Support marketing initiatives and social media engagement
    • Contribute to a positive and organized clinic environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software
  • Up-to-date Working with Children Check and National Police Check
