About the Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Business Advisory division in Parramatta. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative and driven team, providing high-quality service to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Prepare weekly payments and monthly reconciliations, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Assist with business activity statement preparation and reporting, providing valuable insights to clients.
  • Manage payroll preparation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Respond to internal and external client enquiries, providing exceptional customer service.

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, and other accounting packages, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Bookkeeping or accounting qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
