As a certified bookkeeper, you'll work on a portfolio of clients, managing key bookkeeping processes, including daily coding and bank reconciliations, preparation and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, month-end close, management reporting, BAS/IAS preparation, and responding to client queries.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage key bookkeeping processes for a portfolio of clients
  • Work on daily coding and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform month-end close and management reporting
  • Prepare BAS/IAS and respond to client queries

We're looking for experienced bookkeepers and finance professionals who are passionate about helping businesses grow. If you're based in Australia, have a passion for bookkeeping, and are knowledgeable in all things bookkeeping and back-office finance, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for individuals who are experienced in cloud accounting software and adjacent back-office technology, and who are comfortable working remotely and using online messaging and video conferencing.
