The role of a Corporate Receptionist is key to creating the first impression that clients have of our property brand.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional who can thrive in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring seamless interactions with clients.

The Corporate Receptionist will play a central role in managing multiple meeting rooms, hosting VIP guests, and maintaining high standards of office presentation and audio visual technology.

This part-time role would suit someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within a professional services office environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and experience in managing multiple calendars.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' Customer Service/Concierge experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications – Teams, Word, Power Point & Excel
  • Experience in managing multiple meeting room calendars
  • Polished personal presentation required
  • Desire to learn & manage all meeting room technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
