Exceptional Guest Experience

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Guest Services Assistant, responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout the entire guest journey. The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming personality, impeccable personal presentation, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.


The key responsibilities of this role include welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, carrying luggage to and from rooms, labelling all guest luggage, and supporting the front office team with check ins/outs. The successful candidate will also be required to manage guest requests, use hotel buggy for transporting guests around the resort, and maintain and regular checks of hotel buggy and bicycles.
