Job Title: Rental Service Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a sales driven and customer centric Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assist them in renting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Process rental agreements efficiently and accurately.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to support sales efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained to high standards.
  • Refuel and transport vehicles as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is highly desirable.
  • Car rental experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
