As a customer service representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers;
  • Creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships;
  • Processing customer orders and/or enquiries;
  • Performing administrative and general office tasks as required;
  • Assisting with outbound sales calls when needed.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner;
  • Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry;
  • Great computer skills (including Word, Excel);
  • The ability to work under pressure in an exciting team environment.
