Heavy Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking skilled heavy fabrication specialists to work on a critical Australian infrastructure project that will reduce emissions and improve the environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale project that showcases expertise in precision engineering, technical skills, and attention to detail.

About You:
  • You will have a Certificate III in Engineering or a Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker) or equivalent qualification.
  • You will have experience working on construction projects within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • You will be committed to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Constructing, assembling and installing components using precision and technical expertise.
  • Performing welding tasks using various techniques, such as FCAW, GMAW and SMAW.
  • Interpreting engineering and detailed fabrication drawings, specifications and standards to complete tasks accurately.
  • Maintaining and caring for welding equipment, tools and machinery to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals and timelines.
