Property Valuer Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves verifying property details, conducting market analysis and appraisal of property values, and collaborating with panel valuation firms.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to engage and influence to achieve agreed objectives. They will also possess integrity, tact, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Certified Practising Valuer status (essential)
  • Associate or Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API), or RICS equivalent

About this role:

This role plays a crucial part in supporting business objectives by providing expert property valuations. It enables greater speed to market while minimizing risk exposure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Verify property details to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Conduct market analysis and appraisal of property values to assist in credit assessment and management of Agri-loans and loan portfolios.
  • Collaborate with panel valuation firms and review their reports to ensure consistency and integrity.
