Senior Financial Lines Claims Specialist

- Focused on financial lines claims, you will develop expertise in handling and investigating complex claims through a proactive, best practice approach.
- Identify and review suspect or fraudulent claims consistently, dealing with such claims in line with our clear guidelines.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while acting as a point of referral.
- Grow your experience by providing support to team managers and deputizing in their absence, monitoring market/industry practices in claims handling.
To succeed, you will need:
- A deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for financial lines claims.
- Specialist knowledge of financial lines claims technical topics is preferred.
- Experience in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
- Policy language skills enabling accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation.
- Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, time management, administrative, and report-writing skills.
