Lead Occupational Therapist - NDIS Division

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our NDIS division as a Team Leader.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance.

You will also deliver training, induction, and supervision as required, and complete quality assurance report reviews and feedback.

Additionally, you will attend appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training, and complete high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases.

You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, and a car and licence.

You will also need to have a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or be able to obtain one before commencement.
