Join a dynamic team as an Area Manager and take your career to the next level.

As an experienced childcare professional from an operations, centre director, coordinator or management background, you are ready to drive outcomes and support our teams in delivering exceptional programs in your region.

You will lead and enhance embedded practice across your services, implement best-practice safety, quality and compliance, and coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge cascading.

This high growth role offers full support for your development into a leader and spans across various areas. You will be responsible for up to 12 services and report to an experienced operations manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance embedded practice across services
  • Implement best-practice safety, quality and compliance
  • Coach and mentor teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge cascading
  • Responsibility for rostering, financials and community engagement
  • Critical reflection and planning for child outcome increases

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in OSHC or childcare industry required
  • Experience as an Area Manager
  • Strong knowledge of industry processes and Regulations
  • Strong knowledge of National law & Regulation
  • Strong knowledge of National Quality Standard
  • Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Current first aid
  • Driver's license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region
