Job Overview:

The role of Territory Manager is pivotal in driving sales growth and market share within acute care and monitoring territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets, capitalizing on opportunities to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders through collaborative engagement and proactive communication.
  • Identify and pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to maximize product benefits.
  • Conduct thorough market research, analyzing customer and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry
  • Proven sales experience selling capital equipment and/or consumables into hospitals is preferred
  • Solid understanding of public and private healthcare systems, with experience working within Operating Theatres desired
