In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share to key Anaesthesiology department and clinical staff within your territory.

Our Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business works together with the global healthcare community to solve clinically meaningful problems, with technologies and solutions for blood oxygen management, respiratory compromise and perioperative complications.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targetsBe responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders.Be responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or servicesPromote and establish education of the company's products and/or servicesConduct market research including customers and competitors' activitiesImplement market development plans/strategies and changes as neededRequired Knowledge and Experience:A bachelor's degreeMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales within the medical devices or healthcare industryProven sales experience selling capital equipment &/or consumables into hospitals is preferredSolid understanding of the public and private healthcare system and experience working within Operating Theatres is desiredSolid clinical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staffExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skillsHighly organised with good time management skills and ability to manage conflicting prioritiesSelf-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding resultsHas an active driver's license and own vehiclePhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
