We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse to join our Surgical Department. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with experience in acute care settings and strong leadership skills.
Key responsibilities- Support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality patient care.
- Demonstrate professional practice by adhering to AHPRA professional standards, code of ethics, and conduct.
- Foster a learning environment through clinical presentations and provide supervision and teaching to peers.
- Act as a valued member of the inter-disciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure patients receive high-quality care across the healthcare continuum.
- Current AHPRA registration
- 3+ years' experience in an acute environment
- Minimum 1-year team leader or in-charge nursing experience (desired)
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Demonstrate the ability to work within a team environment
