OverviewTerritory Manager, Acute Care and Monitoring – Medtronic, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.Join Medtronic to lead with purpose, drive sales growth and market share in acute care and monitoring within your territory, including Sunshine Coast, Redcliffe, Caboolture, Bundaberg region, and Brisbane.ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targetsDevelop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholdersPursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits of Medtronic's products and/or servicesPromote and establish education of the company's products and/or servicesConduct market research including customers and competitors' activitiesImplement market development plans/strategies and adjust as neededRequired Knowledge and ExperienceBachelor's degreeMinimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industryProven sales experience selling capital equipment and/or consumables into hospitals is preferredSolid understanding of the public and private healthcare systems and experience working within Operating Theatres is desiredStrong clinical knowledge and ability to build relationships with surgeons and medical staffExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skillsHighly organized with good time management and ability to manage conflicting prioritiesSelf-motivated with a resilient attitude and drive to exceed customer expectationsActive driver's license and own vehiclePhysical Job RequirementsThe statements describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this position and are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and skills.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
