Job Title: Child Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Child Safety Specialist. As a key member of the child protection team, you will be responsible for responding to reports of safety concerns surrounding children or young people who may have been harmed.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include assessing risk and providing support to families in need. You will work collaboratively with other agencies to address complex problems and provide a safe environment for vulnerable children.

You will also develop and implement individualized safety plans, ensuring that the needs of each child are met while maintaining their best interests at heart.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with parents, family members, children, and other stakeholders.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

A relevant degree or qualification in social work, psychology, or a related field is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required, along with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments under pressure.

Experience working with vulnerable populations and a deep understanding of child protection principles are highly desirable.

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
