CRM Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM Business Analyst to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to CRM processes and functionalities.
  • Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of current CRM system and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform CRM strategies and decision-making.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Implementation: Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful system implementation.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support during CRM system implementations and enhancements.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM systems and processes.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM) and related tools.
  • Communication: Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
