About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in a transformational Oracle stabilization project at Nova Systems, establishing a baseline for system operations and driving decision-making through analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze current state processes following Oracle HCM and ERP module implementation
  • Develop graphical models of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision-making
  • Lead process analysis, validation, and verification, ensuring process maps and statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable
  • Elicit process information by accessing published training materials and product information, and using interviews with process owners and users
  • Develop appropriate documentation to serve as work instructions for processes and to assist with the development of training materials
  • Collect and analyze change requests and improvement suggestions to produce high-quality technical, functional, and business requirements to inform the development roadmap
  • Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value and benefit realization
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
  • Assist the Business Operations team to embed the Oracle HCM and ERP solution, improving efficiency and reducing process friction with other areas of the business
  • Manage changes to requirements and processes with effective change control processes and tools
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud applications is essential
  • Advanced skills in using Business Process Mapping (BPM) tools
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts is highly desirable
