Business Systems Analyst - Data Platforms

FinXL is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our Business Systems Team, you will be responsible for providing business/systems analysis services and advice on complex issues relating to data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining use case documents to align development for new systems.
  • Creating and managing Epic and Jira Stories to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Conducting journey walk-throughs and mapping stories to acceptance criteria to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Documenting technical specifications and writing technical roadmaps.
  • Communicating user stories and documenting changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
