Job SummaryWe seek a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Ohio. This summer, bring your clinical expertise and positive energy to empower residents to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out treatment plans created by the Occupational Therapist to enhance residents' functional abilities.
- Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support residents in achieving their goals.
- Document resident progress clearly and timely to ensure personalized care.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to provide seamless care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- An active COTA license in the State of Ohio.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A passion for helping older adults achieve their goals.
