Experienced chefs are sought to join a dynamic team at the Australian War Memorial, delivering exceptional experiences for our visitors. This is a casual opportunity that requires the ability to adapt to a changing environment and deliver high-quality food to our customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to produce quality food using fresh produce and be creative.
  • Must have qualifications or equivalent trade experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety principles is essential.
  • Prepared to work across multiple outlets including cafe service and functions/events.
  • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation are expected.
  • Ability to work 5 days across a 7 day operation.
  • Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills are necessary.
