Nurse Unit Leadership Position

Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, resource allocation, and adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and professional development.
- Implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimise patient care delivery and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organisational policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others, build effective teams, and drive positive change.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
