About the Position
This leadership role is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our healthcare team. The Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to promote, develop and support clinical and professional practice, patient flow and access in after-hours periods.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert communication and negotiation skills to drive results.
- Previous clinical leadership experience in the acute setting is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years nursing experience is required.
