Key Role

We are seeking a diligent and organised professional to provide day-to-day administrative support to our consultancy. This role is central to maintaining efficient office operations while also contributing directly to project delivery.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Providing high-level support to senior executives
  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, and coordinating meeting arrangements
  • Preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence
  • Supporting project teams with general administrative tasks
  • Undertaking digital data capture using drone technology (training provided)
  • Assisting with client inquiries and maintaining professional relationships
  • Coordinating supplies and maintaining a professional work environment

This is an office-based role in Wollongong that requires a proactive and detail-focused individual with strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn new technology.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

You will ideally bring:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
