About the Position
We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to lead our day-to-day operations. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of our organization to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Monitor and support service delivery performance and ensure consistency across all areas of operation.
- Provide operational guidance and support to the team.
- Develop, maintain, and improve internal processes and policies in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate and enhance operational systems, including Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensure timely production and project completion, aligned with business targets.
- Analyse operational data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and planning.
- Formulate and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the management team on strategic planning and execution.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the business.
- Lead operational projects from planning through to successful execution.
- Ensure training and professional development of staff to build a multi-skilled and adaptable workforce.
- Coach and support team members to foster high performance, accountability, and personal growth.
- Embed best practice across operations, collaborating with Quality and Governance teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in an operational leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and methodologies.
- Previous experience in office or site management and overseeing daily operational functions.
- A strong commitment to outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills.
- A strong understanding of quality systems, with the ability to embed a positive safety and quality culture.
- Confidence in analysing data and operational metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements.
- Strong written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.
