Job Title:

Curriculum Developer

This is a key role within our Education Centre, responsible for the development of education materials and programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality education content that aligns with current professional standards and evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Project manage and prioritize education development in line with our strategic plan.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of all education, demonstrating a sound knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Organize LMS content on our Education Portal and ensure all learning materials are current.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing and developing training programs and materials.
  • Current registration as a nurse with the relevant health practitioner regulatory agency.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma or higher qualification in adult education.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within the Victorian VET sector and in developing, training, and assessing in VET beyond the Diploma of Nursing.
  • Strong project management experience and ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of relevant accreditation standards.
