Curriculum Development Specialist

We are seeking a lead educator or educational leader to develop and implement curriculums that meet the needs of children.
This position requires a coach, mentor, and critically reflective professional who can deliver high-quality educational programs.
The ideal candidate will be a role model, able to enrich the child's holistic self through their work.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement curriculum plans aligned with early education standards
- Mentor educators to enhance their teaching practices and promote student growth
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and educators by driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a supportive team environment and provide guidance to colleagues
- Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or equivalent qualification
- Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate or commitment to obtaining one
- Experience as an educational leader is highly valued
