This position requires a highly skilled leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff with clear leadership capabilities.
  • Roster and manage stock effectively.
  • Maintain a calm, positive, and happy attitude throughout the venue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

The Venue Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 10+ staff members
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
  • Managing stock orders and rostering efficiently
  • Maintaining a positive and supportive work environment
  • Encouraging a positive attitude among staff and customers
