We are seeking an experienced financial analyst to support our hospitality and retail venues.

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting the reporting of the cost of goods sold.

As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with other departments to maintain profitability and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

This is a non-traditional hours position that requires working weekends and holidays.

The Financial Operations Specialist will work primarily in an office environment, but may be required to visit our venues periodically to conduct audits and monitor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stocktakes at Hospitality venues and Retail sites
  • Report on Goods Out of Stock to support operational and financial reports
  • Maintain systems related to stock management software
  • Review Venue Managers' recording of and transferring of stock and consequences
  • Test stock during operational hours
