Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and organised Venue Management professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing venue bookings, coordinating with event organisers and ensuring the smooth operation of university venues and services.

  • About the Role:
  • Schedule space bookings and handle logistics for events.
  • Work closely with event organisers to interpret their needs and coordinate relevant university services.
  • Manage bookings through our dedicated system and collaborate with Infrastructure Facilities Services (IFS).
  • Facilitate venue logistics to support event organisers' needs.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll spend time managing bookings, coordinating with IFS, and facilitating venue logistics to support event organisers' needs. Flexibility is key—there will be times when you'll work outside of standard hours as venue supervisor, with time off in lieu provided.
