We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Centre Management Office at Merrylands Shopping Centre.

About the Role:

This is a busy and varied role that requires a high level of administration and customer service skills. As a key member of our Centre Management team, you will be responsible for providing support to the centre team and retailers, and will be the first point of contact for visitors to the centre.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for the Centre management office, managing initial phone calls and actioning accordingly
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Centre management team, including managing tenant enquiries and payments
  • Support with general ad-hoc administrative tasks, including payments receipting, gift card reconciliations, purchase orders, data collection and data entry into our systems
  • Maintain effective records control and file management

About You:

  • You will have solid frontline reception or administration experience with a strong customer service focus
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Competent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word, with proficiency in using Excel
  • Experience using record management systems and comfortable learning and picking up new software packages
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
  • Able to use your initiative and maintain confidentiality as required
