**In this role you will**:

- Carry out repairs and maintenance on company assets as needed, ensuring they remain safe and well-maintained by repairs, observations, cleaning, etc.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all work requests
- Assist with completion of capital works as required
- Maintain knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, codes, regulations, etc.

**To succeed in this position, you should have**:

- Previous maintenance experience
- A current manual driver's licence
- Confidence driving in snow and icy conditions
- A minimum level of physical fitness; be able to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, hear, see, undertake repetitive motions and carry as needed
