
Healthcare Administrator Leader

As a key member of the North Shore Ryde Mental Health Service team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional administrative support.
Collaborating with the Service Director and Clinical Director, you will play a vital role in initiating, forging, managing, and maintaining relationships across various organizations and individuals.
Your primary responsibilities include providing high-level executive support, administering tasks for the NSRMHS executive staff, and leading administrative staff across the service.
Key skills and qualifications for this position include:
- Consistently demonstrating behaviors that reinforce the CORE Values of collaboration, openness, respect, and empowerment.
- Demonstrated experience in office management and/or senior administrative positions, showcasing excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and prioritize deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to develop quality administrative procedures, utilize creative problem-solving approaches, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Initial contact for individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, handling situations where people may be unhappy or distressed.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to organize meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and provide timely documents, including briefs and responses to correspondence. Additionally, they will need to understand concepts and requirements related to confidentiality and privacy in health issues.
