About the Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations with a storage facility, managing transport schedules, and ensuring timely completion of customer requests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and manage transportation logistics with the storage facility.
  • Raise RFPs according to customer needs.
  • Lodge export clearances and terminal pre-receival advice.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor documentation and databases.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional in freight forwarding, preferably with knowledge of perishable goods. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
