We're seeking a highly skilled Transformational Project Manager to join our team in Western Sydney. As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

The Role

This exciting opportunity involves managing multiple services disciplines on large-scale construction sites, valued at $100m+. You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering services activities, adopting appropriate construction methodologies and resource allocation to ensure project execution within budget and program.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall services delivery, meeting all client expectations and achieving on-time completion.
  • Execute working knowledge of contractual and legislative requirements relevant to the project.
  • Exercise professional judgment in resolving engineering issues, such as construction methods, design, and engineering procedures.
  • Review progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones to ensure they're on schedule and within quality and cost estimates.
  • Take effective remedial action as required, while maintaining strong contract, commercial, and financial risk management.
  • Accurately forecast costs and revenue, taking corrective action in line with authority and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent.
  • 5 years' experience in managing multiple services disciplines on large-tier 1 construction sites ($100m+).
  • Contemporary practices in design and construction methodology.
  • Client relationship and stakeholder management experience.
  • Quantitative and qualitative safety, environment, and quality risk assessment.
