Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Seeking a skilled and adaptable individual to oversee regular maintenance tasks, ensure safety compliance, and maintain equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent teamwork and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Maintenance: Inspect and repair plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and general repairs to keep the building in good working condition.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment used in the facility or outsource to external companies.

Requirements:
