Energy Transition Program Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive our Access and Outage Planning initiatives, ensuring the safe and efficient coordination of scheduled outages across our network.
About the RoleThis critical position will lead a team in managing outage schedules, promoting a positive work environment through mentorship and coaching, and maintaining high performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for Access and Outage Planning
- Lead a team to manage outage schedules, coordinate network access, and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Promote a positive and productive work environment through mentorship and coaching
- Maintain high performance against SLAs and CSAT targets
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Strong understanding of electricity distribution networks and compliance standards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry safety standards, including the Code of Practice on Electrical Safety
