About the Role

  • Senior management position within a prominent organisation, contributing to organisational reform and shaping its future.
  • Member of the Property and Sustainability Branch leadership team, responsible for aligning facilities, sustainability, and security policies with industry standards.
  • Development and maintenance of multi-year routine maintenance and asset replacement programs to address maintenance backlogs.
  • Representative responsibilities in roles such as Chief Security Officer, Deputy Emergency Coordinator, and building owner representative.

Requirements

  • Qualifications or equivalent extensive experience in related fields, such as facilities management, security, heritage management, trade, and mechanical construction.
  • Sound knowledge of procurement and contract management requirements.
  • Experience in developing and implementing asset replacement, routine facilities, and security programs in owned and/or heritage-listed buildings is highly desirable.
