  • Responding to incoming calls and resolving product inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Coordinating with 3PL service providers to ensure seamless supply chain management;
  • Entering orders via a web-based portal; and
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the team's success.

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM packages (Salesforce, Oracle);
