Field Service Technician Position

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Field Service Technicians in Melbourne.

This position requires individuals who can acquire skills and aim for the Field Service Technician Specialist role through hands-on experience.

You will be responsible for driving to clients to fix technical problems, handle initial installations, and provide training.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical on-site support for company products in VIC
  • Maintaining updated customers' issues in a call tracking database
  • Collaborating with senior technicians to provide services to customers on site
  • Installing, providing training, regular maintenance, and repairing printers at customers' production sites
  • Troubleshooting issues related to software, hardware, and configuration
  • Fulfilling department and organization objectives
  • Maintaining inkjet printers performance at the showroom
  • Performing other duties as directed by the employer from time to time
  • Maintaining customer service history and reporting to managers

Required Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Private vehicle ownership and valid driver's license
